How the Cattabriga Effe Works:


The EFFE’s mission is to try to create a chain of happiness based on the consumer’s happiness. Happy consumers mean a happy, successful ice cream business.


While freezing, the mix incorporates air in a natural way and takes on a creamy consistency.


To make special flavors, you just need to add almonds, chunks of nougats, chocolate-covered meringue or any other special sweets, then let the product take shape and fragrance as the unit is freezing. A real “Gelatiere” will then give his own finishing touch by hand-mixing the product with the paddle as needed, before extraction.


Here you have a dry and consistent product with the finest consistency. Only the EFFE can handle special recipes and produce incomparable flavors.
