Wally is responsible for all operational, technical and mechanical support relating to Advanced Gourmet including after sales service, installation, national technical training and support. He has trained and overseen national service agents throughout North America in providing technical support to retail restaurants and frozen dessert establishments.

Ashley Lewis serves as our lead designer. Ashley holds a degree in Architectural Technology and is especially proficient in CAD design. Ashley has a passion for design and loves to help people create a space they had once only imagined. Through the use of AutoCAD and Revit, Ashley is able to provide 2-D space plans showing your front and back of the house equipment layout, 3D drawings and photorealistic renderings giving you an idea of what your finished space will look like before construction has even begun.

Jennie James is an Interior Designer who began fueling her passion in the “Furniture Capital of the World”, High Point, North Carolina. When she was not designing showrooms for the High Point Furniture Market, she spent time working on home renovations for a design firm. There she focused on 2D and 3D perspectives of the client’s desired spaces for them to visualize. Outside of the design world, she also has a background in restaurant management. These experiences drive her to create a balance of form and function throughout a space. This helps to not only meets the client’s aesthetic vision but also an environment that has a functional purpose. Jennie has a degree in Interior Design and continues to expand her knowledge in design psychology, trend predictions, and hand drawn renderings and blueprints.

Growing up in Bulgaria, Chef Plamen is no stranger to the kitchen. Spending much of his youth cooking alongside his mother and grandmother, his passion for food ignited. After moving to the States in 2008, Plamen quickly turned his lifelong passion into a dream career. Plamen earned his degree in Culinary Arts and joined the Advanced Gourmet Team. As the Corporate Chef for Advanced Gourmet, Plamen travels the country training and introducing chefs and operators to the Advanced Gourmet line of equipment. In addition to his excellent cooking skills, Chef Plamen has a deep understanding of frozen desserts and offers training for chefs and individuals to promote product recipe development and frozen dessert recipe balancing.
